                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM DAYTON BOULEVARD MOTORS,
                   INC., RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 76, TRACT NO.
                   166, DAYTONA HEIGHTS COLLECTION SYSTEM, FOR
                   A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF ONE THOUSAND THREE
                   HUNDRED SEVENTY-FIVE AND NO/100 DOLLARS
                   ($1,375.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from Dayton Boulevard Motors, Inc.,
       relative to Contract No. 76, Tract No. 166, Daytona Heights
       Collection System, for a total consideration of $1,375.00.
